The Electro Bonini Hospital also contributes to social projects directed by Unaerp, carrying out an integrated work among doctors, nurses, nutritionists, physiotherapists and psychologists that promote differentiated care, which contributes to accelerating the recovery and well-being of patients and their patients’ companions.

MISSION

HEB's mission is to offer prevention and health promotion through multidisciplinary work, aiming at the quality and humanization of care, through teaching and research actions in line with the university's social function, articulated with public health policy, providing to its public quality service and in accordance with ethical and humanistic principles.

The service to the population carried out at Electro Bonini takes place through a partnership with the Municipal Health Network of Ribeirão Preto. The partnership started in 2006, with the objective of consolidating SUS. Over the years, the agreement has promoted the decentralization of certain health actions and services, reinforcing basic, secondary care and health surveillance in the region where the University is located. Another service is the pediatric ward. The service takes place at Hospital Santa Lydia through the Medicine Program of Unaerp, in partnership signed in April 2012 with that hospital that is managed by the Municipal Health Department. In addition to the Public System, HEB also serves private and insured patients.
