UNAERP IS GRADE 4, OF EXCELLENCE, FOR THE FIFTH YEAR IN A ROW

UNAERP's courses in Physical Education, Nursing, Pharmaceutical sciences, Physiotherapy, Medicine, Nutrition, Dentistry and Social Work received a grade 4 in CPC / Enade MEC 2016. The National Institute of Studies and Research Educational Institutions Anísio Teixeira (Inep) disclosed the result on Friday 24th. The CPC - Preliminary Concept of Course is the evaluation made by MEC and includes the ENADE grade and grades of the faculty, pedagogical project and infrastructure.
This concept refers to 2016 when the health care courses did Enade. The sum of the grade of each course gave UNAERP, for the fifth year in a row, the IGC 4 (General Index of Courses) on a scale where maximum grade is 5. This grade places the Institution in the group of excellence of the Brazilian universities.
This is the main indicator of quality in Brazilian higher education and concept 4 confirms the excellence of teaching and confirms UNAERP among the best institutions in the country. The evaluation carried out by the Education Ministry is a complete radiography of the undergraduate education level and each year evaluates an area of knowledge and the courses that are part of it. In 2016, it was the turn of the health sciences.

In a simplified way, it can be explained that the sum of the Enade (National Student Performance Exam) plus the grades obtained by the pedagogical project, faculty and infrastructure of each course results in the final concept called CPC (Preliminary Concept of Courses). Therefore, the result attests to the excellence of the teaching practiced at the Institution.
