Students of the Business Management Program participates in a technical visit to the Colorado company

On April 11, students taking the “Organizational Behavior and Conflict Management” course, participated in a technical visit to the Colorado company, in Ribeirão Preto. The course is part of the Business Management Program, which has content taught entirely in English, and is open to all students of the Institution. The Program also welcomes international students every semester from Unaerp partner universities.

Professor Daniela Carnio C. Marasea, responsible for the course, points out that the guided tour made it possible to expand knowledge. "The students were able to see in practice how the company works, its organizational management, learn more about the career plan and learn about the company's internal satisfaction indicators."

Tatiane Martins, supervisor of the Unaerp International Office, comments that activities like these enrich the Program and provide international students with a look that goes beyond the classroom. “The visit helps to explore the Brazilian reality and culture, hence the choice of Colorado, which is one of the first Craft Breweries in Brazil, founded in our city and which values the biodiversity of typically Brazilian elements in its beers”, she concludes.
