Curricular Structure

The Master’s degree program in Dentistry requires the completion of 87 credits, with each credit corresponding to 15 class hours distributed as follows:
  • 57 credits from courses
  • 5 credits earned in the Postgraduate/Graduate Program
  • 25 credits from dissertation preparation and defense
The Doctoral degree in Dentistry requires the completion of 260 credits, with each credit corresponding to 15 class hours distributed as follows:
  • 45 credits from courses
  • 15 credits from seminars
  • 20 credits from didactical/pedagogical activities
  • 180 credits from thesis preparation and defense
