UNAERP DOCTORAL PROGRAM IN LAW IS APPROVED BY CAPES

The project of the Doctoral Program in Law of Unaerp was approved at the 186th Meeting of the Technical and Scientific Council of CAPES, closed on May 31.

Aimed at the qualified training of Doctors in Law, the course has a concentration area in Collective Rights and Citizenship and presents the lines of research "Concretion of Collective Rights and Citizenship" and "Instruments of Protection and Protection of Collective Rights".

The coordinator of the Program, Professor Sebastião Sérgio da Silveira, believes that this approval reinforces Unaerp's position as one of the main research centers on Collective Rights and Citizenship in Brazil. "It is the first in the region of Ribeirão Preto and the only one in the São Paulo-Brasília centerline, so it will impact the entire region of Ribeirão Preto, the interior of Minas Gerais and Goiás".
