The Athletics League of Unaerp (Launaerp) won the first place in the Third Division of the Inter-Athletics Cup (CIA), which was held in Uberaba, Minas Gerais. Unaerp representatives scored 183 points and won the title of 3rd Division Champion and the prize of R$ 7,500.

The 5th edition of the Inter-Athletics Cup (CIA) brought together about 7,000 students, 94 varsities from institutions in 40 cities, from seven states of the country. Students competed in 1,200 games in 24 modalities (athleticism, basketball, futsal, handball, jiu-jitsu, judo, swimming, badminton, field tennis, table tennis, volleyball and chess) in the men's, women's and mixed categories.
