The University of Ribeirão Preto - Unaerp was present at the NAFSA 2022 Annual Conference, which took place from May 31 to June 3, in Denver, in the United States. Considered as the largest international education fair in the world, the conference provides a meeting among foreign institutions with the aim of establishing international cooperation agreements and strengthening ties with existing partnerships.
Unaerp was represented by Lucas da Costa Ferrari, from Unaerp's International Office. On the occasion, he met with institutions from several countries, such as Argentina, Belgium, Chile, Spain, United States, France, Holland, Italy, Peru, Portugal, United Kingdom and Turkey.

For Lucas, participation in NAFSA is extremely important, as “the meeting among the institutions allows a closer dialogue regarding internationalization projects, international mobility and joint projects for teaching, research and extension at an international level”.
According to Ferrari, Unaerp was at the Brazil booth, organized by the Brazilian Association of International Education - Faubai, which counts with professor Vanessa França Bonini Panico - Director of the Division of National and International Cooperation at Unaerp - among the association's directors.
“Unaerp's participation in events like this reinforces its commitment to the internationalization process. NAFSA promotes the largest international education conference, with the participation of more than 6,000 representatives from various governmental and educational institutions and organizations from around the world”, concludes Ferrari.
