Unaerp professor participates in a technical visit at Technische Universität Braunschweig, in Germany

Professor Juliana Novi Chiaretti, from the Master's and Doctorate Program in Environmental Technology at Unaerp, participated, between June 3rd and 10th, in a technical visit at the Institute of Chemical Processes and Thermal Engineering at Technische Universität Braunschweig, in Germany.

The purpose of the visit was to promote collaborative partnerships in projects developed in the research groups that professor Juliana participates in. One of these initiatives is the project entitled “Collection and Recovery of PET Packaging Resources – revolBRAS” at Technische Universität Braunschweig, which aims to identify the needs for an adequate collection, sorting and recycling system in local Brazilian communities.

"The invitation arose from experience in research on waste management and contribution to the project in light of the requirements of the Brazilian recycling market", highlights the professor.
