UNAERP’s Division of National and International Cooperation (DCINI) held another edition of Universalize last Wednesday, 08/08. The event, which took place throughout the day, featured an exhibition held by the Exchange Office and lectures, with the themes "Know the International Mobility Program and the Università di Pisa" and "Learn more about TOEFL iBT and IELTS proficiency exams".

The objective of Universalize is to disseminate the exchange opportunities offered by the Institution to students and professors. Today, UNAERP has more than 100 national and international partners. The Università di Pisa, in Italy, is one of them and its international representative, Fabiana Almeida, was at Universalize to talk about the opportunities in their country. "For the undergraduate student, the exchange is a first contact with what they study from another point of view. We welcomed about 400 students in the Science without Borders period and it was an important experience and opportunity for Brazilian students", she says.

The psychology student, Gustavo Pimenta, who participated in the event, says that the exchange he did for Portugal at Fernando Pessoa University was the best experience of his life. "I cannot say anything bad that I lived there because the college was very welcoming, the courses were very nice and I met people from all over the world. Actually, I wish I had stayed there. I think about going back, even if it is not to study or to work, but for touring."
