The Global Partnership Coordinator, Tamara Ellenhorn, was at UNAERP last 13th, delivering lectures to students, coordinators, professors and staff on international internship programs.

During the event, Tamara, who works at the company The Intern Group, UNAERP partner, explained what kind of professional the world market has been looking for. "We are seeing more and more that employers are looking for what they call a global perspective and intercultural fluency, that is, you need to know how to work with people who are different from you. Thus, a person with international internship experience will know how cultural differences work and how to work with them”, she said.

According to Tamara, being at UNAERP made possible a better understanding of the students’ needs. "Now I feel that I have a better understanding of the students' interest and in this way we can know what to offer them in a more precise way," she said.
