Unaerp open resistration for the 24th CONIC

The Unaerp 24th CONIC - Scientific Iniciation and Research Congress will be held online with presentations and evaluations of papers by digital means. With the theme "The emergence of the climate issue and the challenges for sustainable development", the Congress takes place on November 8, 2023, from 9:00 am (UTC-3:00), and will be entirely virtual, from the registration of the papers to the presentations and evaluations for awards.

There are two modalities of presentation (panel and oral). The exhibitions will be made through templates made by Unaerp and available to prepare the presentation in Power Point. The template can be accessed on the link: ATTENTION! Download here the template to be used in the paper presentation.

Both presentation modalities (panel or oral) will be held in meeting rooms, using the Google Meet platform, with the camera and audio being required to remain connected during the presentation.

The submissions for Oral Presentation modality are open only to undergraduate students in scientific initiation and the author must submit a condensed summary and an expanded summary of the work. The oral presentation will be on November 8, from 2 pm to 5 pm (UTC-3:00), in a virtual meeting room on the Google Meet platform. There will be a room for each area of knowledge (Humanities, Health and Exact Sciences).

For the panels, they will be replaced by a template made available by Unaerp, containing seven slides. This template must be prepared by the authors of the work and used when presenting the work, in the morning and evening periods (UTC-3:00).

Papers in Portuguese and English will be accepted for panel presentations and only in Portuguese for oral presentations.

Upon approval of the submitted proposals, the authors will receive a confirmation by email with the time of presentation and the link to the Google Meet room where the Institution's evaluator will perform the evaluation.

Registration can be made until September 15th, 2023.

Registration is mandatory for both modalities, through the electronic form available at: https://forms.gle/HpScP6eYnb9qjcrR7
