The two modalities of presentation (panel and oral) remain, but with adjustments to the new format mediated by technology. The exhibitions will be made through templates made by Unaerp and available to prepare the presentation in Power Point. The template can be accessed on the link: ATTENTION! Download here the template to be used in the paper presentation.
Both presentations modalities (panel or oral) will be held in meeting rooms, using the Google Meet platform, with the camera and audio being required to remain connected during the presentation.
For the abstracts approval of digital panels and selection for oral presentation will be considered the relevance of the research and the results presented involving the theme of the work. The Scientific Committee's decision is sovereign, with no appeals. The criteria adopted and the evaluations made reflect the considerations of the Scientific Committee of CONIC UNAERP and cannot be compared with any evaluation of the same work made by other judges, regardless of the level, national or international, of other congresses in the same area or related areas, or from scientific and non-scientific publications. Thus, the authors are aware that no type of appeal regarding the process of judging any paper submitted to the scientific committee of the congress will be possible.
Registration can be made until September 15th, 2023.
Registration is mandatory for both modalities, through the electronic form available at: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScP31DLNbNgpcCEJVs4Iy03XHLgi4T5Gsomd7Pai1Ub6IOkoA/viewform
The abstract requested in one of the paper registration phases must have a minimum of 1,000 and a maximum of 2,200 characters. The content should only contain text, covering an introduction, methodology and main results and conclusions. Features such as graphics, tables, drawings, bold and/or italic characters will not be allowed at this time. But, in the slides that will be used in the production of the presentation template, the use is free.
The title of the paper must have a maximum of 255 characters.
Upon registration, sending the abstract or expanded paper presupposes the approval of all authors and, therefore, there will be no changes and/or corrections after the registration is closed.
- Rules for oral presentation
The registration of papers in the Oral modality is open only to undergraduates in scientific initiation. Therefore, postgraduate papers are not accepted.
Upon registration, the author must post, in addition to the mandatory abstract in the system, an expanded abstract of their work (see expanded abstract rules below).
The presentation will take place on November 8th, in the afternoon (from 2 pm to 5 pm – UTC -3:00) in a virtual meeting room on the Google Meet platform. There will be a room for each area of knowledge (Humanities, Health and Technologies).
The exhibition must be done using the template provided by Unaerp, containing seven slides. In the first, the authors, supervisors, funding agencies (when applicable), and the institution to which the author(s) belong should be identified. The other slides are for the title of the paper, introduction, methodology, results, conclusions and bibliographical references used in the abstract. On the slides, resources such as graphics, tables, drawings, bold and/or italic characters can be inserted. This template must be prepared by the authors and used when submitting the paper.
The presentation must last a maximum of 10 minutes.
The committee will be composed of five professors with PhDs from Unaerp, who make up the scientific committees in the three areas of knowledge, Humanities, Health and Technologies.
If the paper is approved, the author will receive an email containing the presentation time and the link to the virtual room for the presentation on November 8th.
